Photo artist Serhiy Shcheglevatykh, born in Rivne, Ukraine, graduated from the Faculty of Art and Pedagogy in 2008, trained as a master artist, in 2016 became a member of the Union of Photo Artists of Ukraine, since 2008 has been a participant in international photo exhibitions abroad in many countries of the world. where I have higher awards and first places, won the international title of Fiap, head of the Grand photo club, organizer of international photo plein air events, I have been engaged in photography for more than 15 years.
